I am a rock, I am an island. I am also 47. Time hurries on. Running off/on since 1974. Recent PRs: 5K 18:09, 5M 30:10, 4M 23:56, 10K 38:24, 11K 43:35, HM 1:26:43. Other Recent Races. Pondering marathon training, maybe try to BQ, blogging just to help keep me motivated, and mildly amused.

You're coming all the way from Massachusetts for Hood to Coast? Wow! I'm running it too. Have you run it before - this will be my 4th time! I'm looking forward to it.
Stopping by after you left a comment in my blog a few days ago. I can't believe it's so close! I'm getting excited yet nervous...as we just had a teammate drop out due to injury;(
